Yes, if you have more than one dog or pet needing care during the same visit, we offer a reduced rate per additional animal. Contact us with details about your pets and we'll provide an exact quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, mobile wallet transfers, and bank transfers in Egyptian pounds. Payment is typically arranged weekly or monthly depending on the plan you choose, and receipts are provided on request.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
You can cancel or reschedule a walk or sitting session by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance through WhatsApp or phone. Late cancellations may be subject to a partial charge depending on the service booked.
Is a trial visit available before committing to a monthly plan?
Yes, we recommend starting with a single walk or a short sitting visit so you can see how our pet sitter interacts with your pet before choosing a recurring package.
What is included in the Daily Care Plan?
The Daily Care Plan includes a 45-minute walk each day, a feeding and water check, and a weekly written summary of your pet's activity and behavior, all handled by the same consistent dog walker whenever possible.
